Caviar is a very strong nutrient that is obtained from a type of fish from the ozone boron group (Sturgeons) and from their type of material, and in fact, the eggs of these fish are
female.
Sturgeon are the most valuable fish on Earth that humans have ever caught and bred, and
the high value of these fish has led to overfishing, endangering their offspring.
Although the production of sturgeon with the aim of releasing it into the sea and restoring
natural resources in our country is more than forty years old, but sturgeon breeding with
the aim of producing meat and caviar has been started in our country for about two decades. In addition to producing protein and valuing the country, this will reduce the pressure on natural resources.

Morvarid Ghorogh Sturgeon Company, with a view of zero to one hundred, in addition
to creating a sturgeon breeding space with a capacity of 50 tons of meat and 3 tons of
caviar per year, has succeeded in establishing a sturgeon breeding center with a capacity
of one million juveniles per year, and Also build and prepare a meat processing center with
a capacity of one ton per day and caviar processing with a capacity of 100 kg per day.
This group, with its shareholders and investors residing abroad who are professionally active in the caviar market, has been able to have a good share in the export of Iranian farmed
caviar in the world market and subsequently maintain the name of Iran in this market
